Easy steps to get us to your event or gathering...
Step 1- click "BOOK NOW"
Fill out the form that gives us a little information on everything about your event. Our online booking takes care of everything! Contract, Billing, Invoicing, Scheduling, Payments… You can login to your account at any time with access to everything on your account. We will also contact you by email or phone to discuss some specifics on what you want at your event.
STEP 2- PAY NOW OR PAY LATER (PAY DEPOSIT ONLINE)
PAY NOW- Pay for you event when you book online and save money! Quick and easy, your event is taken care of.
PAY LATER- $50 deposit will secure your event date. The contract balance is due on or by your event date. That's it- pretty simple. If you decide to add rental time after your contract is made, we can always bill you for the additional rental time. We will stay and party with you as long as you like (within reason- of course).
STEP 3- SIT BACK AND RELAX
Enjoy your event, we have everything else covered. We setup everything, make sure everything runs smoothly, and then tear down everything when it's over. We have over 500 incredible events (and counting) under our belts- we have done birthday parties, corporate events, anniversaries, church functions, car shows, class reunions and of course weddings... lots and lots of weddings.
STEP 4- TELL YOUR FRIENDS ABOUT US
We love working with great people, and we want to work with as many as we can. If you had a great experience- tell everyone about us...
